I have a technical problem - what should I do?

If you have a technical problem with our website please first try the following possible solutions:

  • Empty your browser's cache. You'll find instructions on how to do that here, for Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
  • Sometimes you may have installed security software which interferes with the running of parts of our website. Please check for such software or similar browser add-ons and try temporarily disabling them in order to discover whether they are the source of the problem.

If none of these solutions work, please contact our customer service with details of your issue.
