Yes, you can make premoves, which are particularly good for situations when you know you'll only have a single legal (or reasonable) move. The move will be executed almost immediately, allowing you to save time.
To select a move in advance, simply make another move while it's your opponent's turn to move. The move is shown with a red arrow.
Make sure that the "Enable premove" option is checked in the game settings. You can find them in the menu below the board.
In this case White opened the game with 1. e4 and will continue the game with 2. Nf3, no matter what
